About This Project
The Simon Rewards App began as a pilot program for six Simon Properties centers and has since expanded to 12, with more to come. As the UX/UI designer for the app, I designed the user flows, wireframes, interactions and app screens, and led the quality assurance process with the development team for app delivery.
- Completely overhaul the existing app by designing an new and engaging in-brand interface;
- Lead build team to improve user experience, load times;
- Rework UX of widget flows and points earning capabilities;
- UX/UI of ‘Not logged in’ state (Open the Gates) where unregistered users can access center information and log in to access more;
- Facebook Connect log in method, improved log in and registration to meet decreased drop-off rate goals.
